You may capture and upload images (e.g., pose frames) and submit information for analysis (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content.

You grant Vissou a limited license to process User Content solely to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Service (for example, to return your pose score and coaching tips), consistent with our Privacy Policy.

At present, Vissou is offered without charge. If we introduce paid features or subscriptions, we will present pricing, billing cycles, renewal terms, cancellation rights, and any trial periods clearly before you enroll. Taxes may apply.

6. Privacy, Cookies & Consent

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We may use cookies and similar technologies. Where required, we obtain and respect your choices using a consent management platform. You can manage your preferences at any time:

We support Google Consent Mode v2. When consent is denied, tags adapt to limit storage and measurement. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate third-party services (e.g., cloud AI analysis, analytics, advertising, hosting). Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party acts or omissions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including software, text, design, logos, and other content, is owned by Vissou or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are granted. Do not remove notices or attempt to copy, modify, or create derivative works except as permitted by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, harm other users, risk the security or operation of the Service, or where required by law. Upon termination, your license ends and you must cease use of the Service. Sections that by nature should survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive.
